Shipping
Free NZ-wide shipping on orders over $95. Orders under $95 ship for a flat $7.50 NZD.
Orders placed before 1pm NZT on business days are dispatched the same day. Most North Island deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days; South Island orders within 2–3 business days. Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 days.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our Auckland warehouse.
International
We currently ship within New Zealand only. For Australian enquiries, please contact us.
Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Lifetime Health product is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product cost in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email info@lifetimehealth.co.nz with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Once we receive the product (partial or unopened), we'll refund the product cost to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
